A VERY IMPORTANT UPDATE.
We have a drum kit.
It is sitting in state at Georgie's house, until we figure out some way to tell my parents we've bought a drum kit, and that it really needs to live in my house. Suggestions for how on a postcard, please.
In other news, I'm going to america on saturday. for 3 weeks. so there will be no band practises. but after that.........work on a proper set shall commence.

I havent updated before its quite an experience
so its nearly the end of exams ( I only have one left woot!) so i think were trying to sort out meeting up to talk songs a get us all playing more than one song as a group. yes.
well tis going to be a fab summer
and well ye...i got some sexy lipstick to wear to our next first gig have no idea what im wearing with it but ah well.
i made the name thingy for the homepage and changed the background for about us (cos you know the same background pic for two pages sooooooo not original god anna) anyways so i hope in the near future to have more flattering pictures of myself up.

We're dead good at this updating lark, aren't we?
Wellll today has been magic website-doing day (I did send an email round to check it was OK if I just went wild, but no one answered, so after waiting about ten minutes I decided that meant yes). Note the fabulous home page; all my own hard work.
Not much going on in band-land atm, cause it's GCSEs (boo-hiss for most of us, woo-yay for Sophie), && being on study leave &all, band practices have gone by the wayside.
I hope no one else is revising. I've just spent my afternoon on here.
Thinking about it, that's quite worrying.
Oh dear.
&When I wasn't on here, I was watching Aladdin && The King of Thieves or figuring out the guitar chords to 'Part of your world' from The Little Mermaid. Which incidentally is the best song ever.
But anyway.
Oh yeah, explanation about the First Gig thing in Georgie's blogupdatething: it didn't come off, due to various wankers in various other bands. So that's quite annoying. But anyway, we'll let you know when the Next First Gig gets sorted out.
I intend to wear a sequinned sixties minidress.

BOO!! Today is my birthday. My OTHER birthday. Go Me.
We have our first gig THIS SATURDAY which is a somewhat scary prospect, but atleast it will be a friendly audience. Well, mainly.
Anyway, we have TWO WHOLE SONGS to play. I have also written one of my own, but it is too late to make everyone learn it (and I haven't bothered to work out a drum part)(or a guitar part)(or a bass part)(i'll just have to make it up as i go along) so I may see if i can be playing that one on ma own. But I will be screamingly lonely. And after I will get the band to learn it, then we will collectively know THREE WHOLE SONGS!!
We should put the lyrics to the two we wrote on the site!! Now hows that for a plan? Hmmm?

Heyah. Well I started the website off the other day, Monday night I think, and we've all been pissing about on it since then, soooo.
Not much of interest going on, we've decided definite rehersal days (which i'm not going to say in case Doddy and co STALK us again) (having said that I pissed myself laughing when Rob bounded up to Maili's bass and announced 'SEXY' at the top of his voice, heh}, annnd i've got a load of stuff i'm going to put on a sort of calender page so we know what's happening when.
This is BECAAAAUUUSSSEE we've been asked to play at the Duke of Edinburgh thing in June, in front of ... *drumroll* (that's your cue, Soph) 200-300 people, according to Ni.
I believe the phrase is 'FECKING HELL'.
So it would be helpful if we were actually any good, as at the moment, we have more fans than songs. (This would be ok, but we only have one fan)...(No wait, there's Maili's brother too).
Sophie has suggested we be a comedy band.
This would be helpful, because we already are... :P
